Ocean Park (Phase 2) of 5 sectors(82,220 sq mts) will have 4 swimming pools with baby pools, one 25,000sqft club house, built with modern facilities with indoor games such as table tennis, pool table, card tables, a large fully equipped gymnasium, an exotic restaurant, a society office/library, a badminton court, a tennis court, an open theatre, sea view points, landscaped gardens, waterfalls and fountains, joggers track, children playing areas and central security with intercom facility.
